My Approach and Background
I took many different career paths before finding acupuncture. Upon the recommendation from my endocrinologist, I explored alternative medicine options to manage a chronic autoimmune condition - starting with yoga and meditation as a therapy. I grew fascinated by nature & plants as I searched for anything to end the constant fatigue weighing down my spirit. When I connected with acupuncture as a student, I was unprepared for how fundamentally it would change my perspective on life and how I show up in the world. I regained agency over my health and wellness, and as a licensed acupuncturist, I work with patients to discover their path forward.

Pay-As-You-Go Option: for patients without insurance who are seeking short-term care for acute conditions or patients who are new to acupuncture and curious to see if it’s a good fit. Treatment prices are listed on the Service page. HSA/FSA cards are acceptable.
Pre-Pay Package Option: for patients without insurance who are seeking continued care for a chronic conditions. Treatment packages are available to reduce cost.
Insurance Option: for patients with insurance coverage. I am currently in-network with CareFirst BCBS, Cigna, and United Healthcare (Aetna can be billed out-of-network). Complete this form to verify your insurance policy covers acupuncture.
